Our meetings are generally held on the *4th Thursday of the month.  Our attendees are self advocate adults and whoever they choose to bring along, whether it be their family, friend, staff or no one at all!

Each meeting has a different educational component to assist people in learning the skills to become confident in speaking up and speaking out!
